Chef Austin Simmons won the top spot in The 2018 Truffle Masters, an annual competition held by DR Delicacy.
In 2017, Chef Austin Simmons brought home the Truffle Masters People’s Choice award with his Oyster & Truffle Potage dish. Chef Austin and the team competed with a “French Grilled Cheese sandwich: shaved truffle, house cultured cream, comté, aged gruyère and clarified butter on a toasted brioche” in 2018, bringing home the Truffle Master Award.
