Chef Austin Simmons and HeartBrand Beef are participating in the annual Wagyu World Conference on Nov. 10-12, hosted virtually by the Wagyu Society of South Africa.
To prepare for the special event, Chef Austin Simmons was interviewed about our exclusive Wagyu Steak programs exclusively at TRIS and in partnership with HeartBrand Beef: HeartBrand X and HeartBrand X Pure Red Wagyu. He discussed the genetics and differences between each, where he sees the future of the beef industry going and cooked filets and ribeyes from each program.
