Chef Austin hosted three local chefs on a special CollaborEIGHT Dinner Series that helped generate over $6K Donations for The Interfaith of The Woodlands.
‘CollaborEIGHT’ Dinner Series pair local & nationally acclaimed culinary talents with Chef Austin Simmons on an ‘Eight’ course dinner experience. The popular chef collaboration dinner series was put on hold since February 2020, due to the Covid-19 pandemic. Chef Austin Simmons brought back the CollaborEIGHT Dinner Series featuring:
- Chef Jassi Bindra – February 28th, 2022
- Chef Louis Roger – March 28th, 2022
- Pitmaster Will Buckman – April 25th, 2022
The three CollaborEIGHT Dinner events benefitted Interfaith of The Woodlands’ Community Clinic, creating over six thousand dollars of donations. Tickets for the events sold-out within 48 hours, thank you for your interest!
