Maya Fasthoffwas exploring inside Hubbell & Hudson Bistro & learning first hand what goes into Cureight, the first interactive chef tasting experience in The Woodlands.
Chef Austin shared his latest creations and invited Maya to experience a small part of Cureight, a restaurant within a restaurant. He also went into details on his dry aged meats created in house and she was lucky enough to taste and enjoy the different techniques.
