“Over the last few years I’ve met quite a few of the chef around Houston. Every shoot always brings new suggestions of other chefs I should work with. A lot of those names have appeared on this site, but there are a few who take a little bit longer to meet and coordinate a shoot with. Austin Simmons was one of those chefs.”
