Chef Austin Simmons teamed up with Chef Jassi Bindra again, this time for the inauguration of Amrina’s new Chef’s Table, “What The Chef.”
Both chefs created a 16-course meal with wine and cocktail pairings for six lucky guests who bid on the culinary experience. Proceeds from the event will support the Make-A-Wish® Texas Gulf Coast and Louisiana, with a commitment to make one wish in Montgomery County come true.
Chef Austin and Chef Jassi previously worked together during the return of the CollaborEIGHT dinners at TRIS back in February 2022.
